Telly Award for Honor In the Air

Clear Focus Media is proud to announce that Honor in the Air," a documentary produced by Susan Reetz and Pamela Alwin Fullerton, has won a Silver Award at the 46th Annual Telly Awards. This

accolade marks a significant achievement for the production team, who have meticulously crafted a narrative that honors the valor and service of Captain Scott Alwin, a Wisconsin soldier who served during the Vietnam War.

"Honor in the Air" is an inspiring documentary that follows the life of Captain Scott Alwin, a helicopter pilot who served five tours of duty with the 68th Assault Helicopter Company during the Vietnam War. Captain Alwin's remarkable service record includes earning a record 136 Air Medals, Bronze Stars, Silver Star, Vietnam Republic Medals, and the Distinguished Flying Cross. Beyond his military accolades, Captain Alwin is remembered for the respect he earned from his fellow servicemen and the love he shared with a Vietnamese woman who became his wife. He was also the son of a preacher and one of 15 siblings with a dedication to making the world a better place.

"Honor in the Air" is scheduled to air on Milwaukee Public Television this Veterans Day, November 11, 2025. The production team is also in talks with additional Public Television stations, aiming to broaden the documentary's reach and impact.
